Brian Crocker brings more than 15 years of automotive leadership and repair industry experience to Phil’s Car Care. Before entering the civilian automotive industry, Brian served for more than 10 years in the United States Army, where he specialized in maintaining and repairing M1A2 Abrams tanks. That military experience helped shape the disciplined, process-driven approach he brings to every aspect of the business today.

After leaving the Army and relocating to Texas, Brian quickly established himself as a successful operations leader in the automotive repair industry. He managed multiple repair facilities, overseeing both front-of-shop customer service and back-of-shop operations. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, streamlined shop operations, and consistently helped repair facilities achieve significant growth by improving efficiency, customer experience, and overall performance.

Brian joined Phil’s Car Care after being recruited through an executive search, where he partnered with founder David Evans to strengthen day-to-day operations while helping position the company for long-term growth.
